WHBC is now using software called Ministry Tracker.
The program will help us to manage People, Groups, Events, Community, and Communication. It is entirely cloud-based and is not tied to any one computer. We are already using Ministry Tracker in the church office for our church directory, contact management, attendance, and eligible voter lists. Ministry Tracker also has an event Calendar which can be accessed via the new Mobile App, and will, in the future, be able to handle group communication, event or nursery check-ins (via mobile kiosk), printing nursery nametags, among other things.
One of the many benefits (available right now) that the site can provide directly to you, WHBC members, family, and friends, is the ability for you to search the directory, find groups or ministries, register for events and manage your own profile. Here is a link to the login page:
While you are logged in to the Ministry Tracker Portal, please click on the Events tab and register for one of our Events.
